Consent of the Personal Data Subject to the Collection and Processing of Their Personal Data

I hereby freely, consciously, and of my own will give my consent to the processing of my personal data for the purpose of subsequent identification on the website nebs.gov.kg (National Electronic Ticketing System, NETS), namely:

  • to the processing (any operation or set of operations performed, regardless of the methods used, by the holder (owner) of personal data or on their behalf, by automated means or otherwise, for the purposes of collecting, recording, storing, updating, grouping, blocking, erasing, and destroying personal data), as well as:
  • to the transfer of personal data (provision of personal data by the holder (owner) to third parties in accordance with the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "On Personal Information" No. 58 dated April 14, 2008 and international treaties);
  • to the transfer of personal data to third parties for the subsequent identification of the individual by means of QR code technology upon entry to, exit from, and presence on the territory of facilities, premises, and events, for the purposes of ensuring security, access control, and verification of the user’s identity;

in respect of the following personal data:

  • last name, first name, and patronymic;
  • date and place of birth;
  • citizenship information;
  • email address;
  • contact phone number or information on other means of communication;
  • type, series, and number of the identity document, the name of the issuing authority, and the date of issue;
  • personal identification number;
  • purchase history information (orders, tickets, and the history of services provided).

I acknowledge that:

  1. this consent to the processing of personal data is valid from the date of its signing for the entire period during which the state (municipal) service is provided to me and the data on the service provided is stored in accordance with the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic;
  2. personal data is stored and processed on servers located within the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic;
  3. the consent to the processing of personal data may be withdrawn on the basis of a written application in free form; I am also entitled to request the updating, blocking, or destruction of my personal data in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic;
  4. if the consent to the processing of personal data is withdrawn, the processing of my personal data may be continued in whole or in part in accordance with Articles 5 and 15 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "On Personal Information" No. 58 dated April 14, 2008.

I consent to receiving promotional and informational notifications (email, SMS, push notifications). Refusal of this consent does not restrict the use of NETS or the purchase of tickets.
