For four days, the Dordoi-Nomad cultural and ethnographic complex in Bosteri becomes a festival town. By day the Amphitheatre, the Pier and the Craftsmen's Alley are open: ethno-fashion shows and photo sessions, the «Kyl_Art.KG» kyl-kyiak ensemble, the «UstatShakirt» folklore ensemble, the «AURA» folk-jazz band, the «ARALASH» improvisation theatre and Italy's «Dell Arte» theatre. In the evening the Main Stage hosts the competition programmes «ETHNO-DANCE», «ETHNO-FASHION» and «STARS OF THE NOMADS».
The Craftsmen's Alley holds an ethno-exhibition and fair of works by Kyrgyz and international masters, with workshops in jewellery, felt-making, weaving, chased metalwork, ceramics, embroidery, bone carving and water marbling. ART LAB presents the travelling exhibition «Legend of the Great Mountains» and open-air painting.
2 September is the opening ceremony, 3 and 4 September the competition days, 5 September the closing with the awards and fireworks.
A ticket is valid for one day and covers the whole complex, evening programme included. Tickets are sold only at nebs.gov.kg; the holder's full name is provided at purchase.
